When your heart sinks

it makes you want to clench your chest so hard so that the pain stops but it doesn’t it keeps going and going, it sucks doesn’t it. also having to juggle the fact that your trying so hard because you have the biggest urge to burst into tears. and sometimes you just give in to the urge and pour your fucking heart out.
